The Glitter Shack appreciates your business and is confident you will be happy with your purchase. We will gladly refund or exchange any item plus original shipping and handling that has a manufacturing flaw or defect within 7 days of purchase with a receipt and all original packaging.
- Please email us at email@example.com with your request to return or exchange the merchandise, with an image of the receipt and an image of the defect or flaw. Returns will not be authorized without a photo.
- After reviewing your request, we will assign you a return authorization, a pre-paid shipping label and an address to send it back to.
- Be sure to include with your return a copy of your receipt.
- Once we receive the item back in new and unused condition and inspect it, we will begin processing your refund or replacement within 2 business days.
If a return has been authorized for an item with a manufacturing defect, we cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. The Glitter Shack is not responsible for items that may have become lost, stolen or damaged in shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if it is determined there is no manufacturing defect or flaw. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping and handling to have your item sent back to you. If you forfeit to pay the return shipping, we reserve the right to donate the item to charity after 30 days
All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
Please be advised that we can only honor returns, exchanges, and replacements with the original customer.
Forced returns or refused packages at delivery without prior authorization from us are not accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping and handling to have your item sent back to you. If you forfeit to pay the return shipping, we reserve the right to donate the item to charity after 30 days.
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please take pictures of the damaged package prior to opening and email them immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your Order Number in the subject line. We will contact you within 2 business days of receipt to discuss a resolution.
Please note, we cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel. We do not issue refunds for intentionally damaged items, or items damaged after delivery.
We accept cancellations if requested within 2 hours of purchase. Please send your request to email@example.com. If we receive your request after 2 hours, we will be unable to cancel your order once it is in production.
ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS
It is our policy that we do not change shipping addresses on the behalf of our customers. If you incorrectly entered the wrong address, contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of purchase. We will gladly cancel and refund your order so you can repurchase with the correct address. Requests received after 2 hours of purchase cannot be cancelled or updated.
You are responsible for providing the correct address at checkout. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or undeliverable by the courier, the shipment may be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for packages tracked as delivered to an incorrect address. You are responsible for retrieving the package from the incorrect address or contacting your post office.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING INFORMATION
We Ship To The USA And Canada
We currently ship to Canada and the United States including outside the continental USA and APO/FPO addresses. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels.
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
Border Custom Fees
We are a Canadian company, however, our manufacturers and fulfillment centers are located in the USA. Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on your order value and other factors.
We do not collect custom fees on behalf of the buyer. You are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery at your local post office if there is any amount owing.
We do not mark our orders as gifts on the custom forms. It is fraud for a business to declare purchase orders as gifts.
Our products are made to order and have a production time of 2-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays before they are shipped. Production time DOES NOT include shipping time. Please check each individual product description for estimated production and shipping times.
To ensure all orders remain on production schedule and sent for shipment in a timely manner, we are currently not accepting “rush my order” requests.
Standard delivery begins once the courier has processed the parcel at their facility. When your order has finished production and has been sent out for shipment, you will receive a notification via the email you submitted during checkout with an estimated arrival date and tracking number if located in the US.
We do not guarantee delivery dates. If you need your order by a specific date, please order well in advance of the date needed. Estimated production and shipping times are noted in each product listing.
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and / or postal service. We are not liable for any errors or delays made by these services, but we are always happy to do everything in our power to work with you and the postal system to correct orders.
Our manufacturers and fulfillment centers are located throughout the US and Canada. Not all products are manufactured or shipped from the same facility. Each item we ship may have a slightly different production and delivery time. Orders containing multiple items of different products may be shipped separately.
If your package has not arrived within 7 days (in the USA) and 14 days (in Canada) of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at email@example.com and we will investigate the issue and take appropriate action as outlined in our return policy.
If the tracking shows your package as delivered, please check with all members of your household, neighbors and local post office to see if they are holding it for you. We do not accept refunds for packages shown as delivered as per our return policy.
While it is an unfortunate situation, we are not liable for stolen or missing packages once they have been delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is either home to receive the package or it is left in a secure location for your pick-up.
If you are sending the item as a gift, it is your responsibility to notify the receiver that a package is on the way so they can make the necessary arrangements for delivery.
If you’re missing an item, double check the package and other products to make sure it’s not hiding somewhere. Different products ship from different locations and are split into different orders so it may still be on the way.
We are located in BC, Canada. We are required to collect sales tax for all orders originating within Canada. The applicable tax for your province will be added at the checkout.

Our device cases are intended to decorate your device and help protect from minor accidents. Our cases will not completely prevent damage to your device or phone. Damage to your device occurring when using one of our cases is not the responsibility of The Glitter Shack.
